Here is a 7’9” 3wt parabolic I recently finished. This is one of my slower and more delicate tapers I’ve made. It’s fantastic for spooky and selective spring creek fishing. And it’s smoooooooth.

This rod is #40-22, the 40th rod I’ve made this year I made this one with a Ritz style grip shape, a piece of beautifully figured camphor wood for the seat insert and darkened Snake Brand and Mildrum guides.

$915 with my brass capped aluminum tubes. Save $70 if you don’t want a tube (the rod would be shipped in sturdy PVC instead of the alumunum/brass tube.
