Here is a 8’ 4wt 3 piece Parabolic fly rod I recently finished. This is one of my slower and more delicate tapers I’ve made. It’s a delightful rod for spring creek fishing and it is smoooooooth.

This rod is #42-22, the 42nd rod I’ve made this year. I made this one with a Ritz style grip shape, a piece of curly chestnut for the seat insert, and darkened Snake Brand and Mildrum guides. This particular rod has a small whitish blemish on the butt section near the male ferrule.

$915 with my brass capped aluminum tubes. Save $70 if you don’t want a tube (the rod would be shipped in sturdy PVC instead of the aluminum/brass tube).
