Hello everyone! I have this amazing 75p for sale. I built it with a beautiful piece of spalted hickory, a Struble honey-colored agate stripping guide, and perfection-style snake guides with chestnut wraps. I left the brass cap and ring natural so it would age as it fishes its new home waters.

As mentioned elsewhere, the 75p is a 7’5” 4 or 5 weight 4 piece fly rod. It fishes both a 4 and 5wt line depending on what you want to do with it. Fishing warm water for bass and sunfish in still or moving water (this is my go-to rod for this kind of fishing) as well as delicate trout fishing nervous water for selectively feeding trout. The action is parabolic, meaning that it wants to bend first in the butt section/middle of the rod and then works out toward the tip to guide the line exactly where it’s told to go with delicacy and deliberateness. Moreso if used with a 5wt with a deep bend with a full flex of the rod and a full feel of the rod loading. Less-so with a 4wt line and fishes more off the tip. Neither is better than the other, and both will bring the angler joy and a smile of delight.
