Here’s a lightly used (fished 2 times) 8’ 4wt parabolic 3 piece rod I made back in 2022. I made this one with a piece of maple for the reel seat that came from an old bowling alley in Nacogdoches, TX, where I went to college and did some construction work. I saved some of the wood and have occasionally made some rods with it. This rod shows no signs of use and looks new, but it has been fished a few times. Snake Brand guides and a nice Struble agate stripping guide with clear wraps and red accents at the ferrules, tiptop and grip. Brass capped tube included.
