For sale here is s fresh 7’ 3wt 3 piece fly rod. This particular taper is one that I’ve kept as an ‘off the menu’ offering for a little while now. It’s a cousin to the 7’2” 4wt Driftless Special, just 2” shorter and made for a 3wt line.

I’ve been experimenting with dying my yellow blanks and this is the result. This is a laborious process and this one is not perfect but looks pretty good. I’m not going to charge extra for this one since it is still in the experimental phase and I am not sure how it will wear over time. The few I’ve done have not shown excessive wear so I’m optimistic this will turn into a regular offering.
