Here’s a rod that’s fresh off the bench! It’s a saltwater ready 8’6” 8wt in a new 3 piece configuration. It’s fairly quick and strong with a good progressive bend. I designed this rod to punch through the wind and place the fly accurately with minimal false casts. Ideal for sight fishing to redfish and feeding bonefish and makes for a great bass rod.

I built this rod with a downlocking alunumum seat from Struble and a 2” fighting butt, a Flor grade comfortable western style grip, ceramic ring stripping guides and chrome perfection style snake guides with yellow guide wraps and green accents at the tiptop, ferrules and grip.
