Here is a 6’ 2wt 4 piece Synthesis fly rod I recently finished. I call this rod ‘The Scout’ and it’s just right to take on small water exploration outings as well as a primary blue-lining rod chasing those elusive native fish. Great for panfishing too!!

This rod is #48-22, the 48th rod I’ve made this year. I made this one with a cigar style grip shape, a piece of beautiful piece of Cuban Mahogany for the seat insert and titanium ReCoil snake and Mildrum stripping guides.

$825 with my brass capped aluminum tubes. Save $70 if you don’t want a tube (the rod would be shipped in sturdy PVC instead of the alumunum/brass tube.
